You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify Toren immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Toren will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or use a false identity when registering.

Giveaways created on Toren must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of any third-party platforms involved (including but not limited to X/Twitter and YouTube).

Giveaway creators are solely responsible for fulfilling prizes and ensuring their giveaways comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Toren uses provably fair algorithms to select winners. All draws are transparent and verifiable through our transparency pages.

Toren reserves the right to suspend or remove any giveaway that violates these terms, applicable laws, or third-party platform policies.

Participants in giveaways must meet any eligibility requirements set by the giveaway creator. Toren is not responsible for verifying participant eligibility beyond the platform's built-in verification tools.

You may not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not manipulate giveaway results, use bots or automated tools to participate in giveaways, or create fake accounts to increase chances of winning.

You may not interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, security features, or other users' access to the services.

You may not use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content.

You may not scrape, harvest, or collect any information from the platform without prior written consent from Toren.

Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

All content, features, and functionality of the Toren platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Toren and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from Toren.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Toren a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the services.

Toren provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Toren is not responsible for any losses resulting from giveaway participation, including but not limited to the failure to receive prizes, technical issues during draws, or disputes between giveaway creators and participants.

In no event shall Toren's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform's services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Toren, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from giveaways you create, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Toren reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with Toren's defense of such claims.

Toren may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Note that termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

Toren reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
